The Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs is composed of nine (9) board members, two (2) elected officials from the Senate are appointed by the President Pro Tempore and two (2) elected officials from the House are appointed by the Speaker of the House. Five (5) are public members from the Hispanic community and appointed by the Governor.
